We invest in businesses with superior or promising competitive positions and which have the potential to further develop their position mainly through restructurings and acquisitions.
Our focus is in Nordic and especially Finnish companies. The business activities of investee companies, however, may be highly international.
Our objective is value appreciation through growth and efficiency increases. Acquisitions and restructurings are often an important part of the implementation of the strategy.
