We are strongly dedicated to every investment. An deal team is assigned to evaluate, execute and manage each investment and the same team is committed to the investee company for the entire period of MB's ownership. We bring to each transaction not only MB's own broad expertise and experience but also the knowledge and resources of a wide network of contacts and professional advisors.

The most important partner for us to work with is the company's operating management, with whom we aim to establish a long-term relationship based on trust. With the management, we develop a business strategy that supports value enhancement and we set jointly agreed exit goals. We structure the balance sheet and financing to suit the company's strategy, including add-on investments, potential industryconsolidation opportunities and liquidity needs.

We participate in executing the company's strategy both through the board of directors and through close contacts outside of the board. The value added that MB can offer derives from a broad experience of a range of corporate operations - managing transition and growth, acquisitions, financing and restructuring. If necessary, we also add to the resources of the board of directors by bringing in external experts as members of the board.
